Refund & Returns Policy

At MARBLE Menswear, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a transparent and fair returns process.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@marblemenswear.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
